Connect to Kalyani Municipality or Connect 2 KM app is initiated by the Kalyani Municipality, Design & Developed by Unicorn Animation, in an attempt to serve the people of Kalyani, inform them and listen to their grievances. This app will help the citizens to communicate directly with the respective municipal departments related to any query or grievance. To help citizens connect and communicate in a better way, the UI of the app is built with easy accessibility features. Connect 2 KM is available in Bengali, Hindi and English, to help the diverse population of the city communicate freely without any linguistic barrier.

One of the major priorities for the KalyaniMunicipality is to bridge the gap between the citizens and the Municipality. Here we facilitate the citizens to register their grievances/complaints related to various aspects of the citizen services provided by the Municipality, with a time bound resolution to the complaints to the satisfaction of citizens. Kalyani Municipality application provides single platform to register their grievances against each and every departments through various sources like Text, Photos and Videos. The citizens of Kalyani can view the status of the grievances on day to day basis.
