FarmShare helps small farms manage CSA memberships, payments and pickups: the share types you sell, the members who bought them, how each member pays, and the pickup sheet for every site on every pickup day. It is built for farms with twenty to a few hundred members who have outgrown a spreadsheet and a signup form.

WHAT IT DOES

The Pickup Sheet
One sheet per pickup day and site, laid out like the clipboard list at the stand. Tick each share as it goes out. Skips and site swaps sit next to the member's name, add-ons such as eggs or flowers show on the same line, and a tally shows how many shares are still waiting to be collected. Print the sheet as a PDF for a helper, or keep it on the phone. Ticks made with no signal at the barn are kept on the phone and sent when the connection returns.

Season, shares and sites
Set the season's first and last pickup days and any weeks the farm is closed. Add your share types (full, half, every other week) and add-ons, each with a season price and an optional limit. Add pickup sites with their day and time window: the farm stand, a market stall, a porch in town.

Members
Each member record shows their share, add-ons, pickup site, contact details, preferences and notes. Filter by paid, on a payment plan, behind, or on the waitlist.

Payments and installments
Log cash, cheques and cards by hand on every plan. Record a payment in full or a monthly plan of 2, 3, 4 or 6 payments; FarmShare shows the schedule, what has come in, what is still due and who is behind. The Money tab adds it all up by share type, with a CSV export.

Your own signup page (Pro)
Publish a page in your farm's name where members choose a share, add-ons, a pickup site and how to pay. When a share fills, the page offers the waitlist. Connect your farm's own Stripe account to accept online payments in full or by monthly installment, paid straight to the farm. Installment collection ends after the final scheduled payment.

Member pages (Pro)
Each member gets a personal link to view their coming pickups, skip a week or pick up at another site, and check their payments. Their skips and swaps appear on your sheet straight away, and new signups and questions land in your inbox.

Reminders
The evening before each pickup you get the number of shares to pack for each site, and a reminder on days when installments fall due. On Pro, members who opt in get an email the day before their pickup.

Helpers
Pro adds a second seat, so a partner or a helper at the stand can tick the same sheet from their own phone.

TIERS

Standard keeps a complete CSA of up to 30 members with pickup sheets, manual payments and the printable sheet. Solo adds unlimited members, reminders and CSV export. Pro adds the signup page, member pages and emails, online share payments and a second seat. Everything you recorded stays readable on every plan.

WHO IT IS FOR

Small farms and market gardens running a CSA or a farm share program, with one or a few pickup sites.

FarmShare does not run a web shop, plan crops or handle deliveries. It never holds members' money: online payments go through the farm's own Stripe account. Records are stored online and kept in step across your seats and member pages.
