SepticProof is a field logbook for solo and independent septic and onsite-sewage inspectors. Record your findings on your phone during a transfer-of-title inspection, attach photos, and generate a signed PDF report you can keep on file.
WHAT IT DOES
- Records septic and onsite-sewage inspection findings in the field, on your phone
- Captures the scope-of-work contract and decline-to-pump documentation with signatures
- Logs tank findings: type, capacity, liquid level, baffle condition, scum and sludge depth
- Logs distribution box, drainfield and leach line, pump and lift station, and filter findings with conditions and notes
- Attaches geo-stamped, captioned photos to each component
- Generates a signed PDF report with the findings, photos, signatures, and a clear liability disclaimer on the cover page and every footer
- Works fully offline; your records stay on your device
- Surfaces state reporting reminders to help you prepare for filing deadlines
- Exports a backup of all inspections and photos so your records move with you
- Stores your inspector profile and license number once and applies them to every report
- Tracks inspection status and lets you search and filter your inspection history
