Windham School District, established in 1969, operates at 98 facilities within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, providing appropriate educational programs to meet the needs of men and women residing within correctional facilities. Windham’s academic, career and technical education (CTE), and cognitive behavior programs are designed to provide students with the skills needed to obtain employment upon reentry. Windham campuses are spread across Texas, providing quality educational opportunities in seven regions along with the administration headquarters located in Huntsville, Texas.
