Toxo: Archery Club

CODEENSIS LTD

O aplikaciji

Toxo is the app an archery club runs its week on.

The coach sets the training schedule once. Every session after that appears in the calendar by itself, with the time, the range and the note about where to park. Members say whether they are coming. After the session the coach marks who actually turned up, and the answer they gave stays next to it, so the club can see the gap. Archers score their rounds end by end, and the club keeps track of fees without a spreadsheet.

FOR ATHLETES
• Every training, masterclass and competition in one calendar
• One tap to say you are coming, or that you are not
• A reminder the day before, and again before it starts
• Directions to the range, not just its name
• Score a round end by end, as training or competition
• Your average per arrow over recent rounds, and where your arrows landed
• Share a round with your coach or your parents, and nobody else
• See what you owe the club and what you have paid

FOR PARENTS
• Answer for each of your children separately
• Two children, two answers. The app never guesses
• See what is due for each child, and what has been paid
• Toxo keeps the date the sports medical certificate runs out and reminds you before it does; the certificate itself stays with you
• You see only your own children

FOR COACHES AND CLUB OWNERS
• Set a weekly schedule once and let it fill the calendar
• Training groups: each session shows only to the groups it is for
• Cancel or move a session and everyone is told at once, by notification and by email
• Take the register in a few taps. Everyone who said yes is ticked already
• See your athletes' rounds by day, and enter one from a paper scorecard
• Monthly, yearly or one-off fees for many athletes at once; mark what was paid, in part or in full
• Change a price for everyone who pays it, in one save
• Invite members with a link that opens the app, a code or an email
• Add young members who have no phone of their own, and invite their parents afterwards

BUILT FOR CLUBS WITH CHILDREN IN THEM
A club holds a minor's record only after it has been verified. Guardians are confirmed by the club, not self-declared. Consent is recorded with a date. Nothing about a member is public, and there is no feed, no chat and no advertising anywhere in the app.

WHAT TOXO DOES NOT DO
It does not read the sensors on your bow, take card payments or sell you equipment. It answers the questions a club asks every week: when, where, who is coming, who came, how they shot and who has paid.

Free to use. Available in English and Greek.

Šta je novo

Scores: record rounds end by end and see your progress. Payments: monthly, yearly or one-off fees for one athlete or many, and what was paid; parents see what is due. Training groups. Invite links that open the app with the code filled in. Help pages in the app and a cleaner look.
