Floating dictation button and Accessibility Service API:
Notely uses the Android AccessibilityService API for one optional feature: the floating dictation button. When you turn it on, Notely shows a small microphone bubble over other apps while you type, and inserts your dictated text into the text field you are typing in. This lets you dictate with Notely while keeping your own keyboard.

- The feature is off by default. Notely shows an in-app disclosure and asks for your consent before you enable it in Android's Accessibility settings.
- Notely only accesses the focused text field to insert the transcription.
- Notely does not read, collect, store or share any other content on your screen.
- Audio is only recorded while you tap the microphone bubble.
- You can turn it off at any time in Android's Accessibility settings.
