AppsStop helps you to gain control over the time you spend/waste on some of your applications by setting blocking policies on them, it helps you to prevent doom scrolling and block apps by setting the following blocking policies:
*)Block: Once you block an app/group of apps you won't be able to use it until you remove the block from the app.
*)Daily Limit: Allows you to set a certain amount of time for each app/group of apps during the day.
