The AES 2025 conference app helps you manage your conference experience with ease.
Key event app features include:
• Home: Quickly navigate event areas and stay updated with session details and organizer messages.
• Program: Browse the full event schedule, create a personalized agenda, and access session handouts (if provided).
• Notes: Take notes during sessions and email them for future reference or trip reports.
• Info: Explore speakers, conference information, and more.

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
Note: During use, the app will ask for device permissions. This permission request is triggered by a requirement to understand your phone state and if you have a data connection. We do not collect or track this information - the app simply needs some basic information from your OS to run. Downloaded data updates, your personal notes or bookmarks, or your login credentials require the app to have permissions to protected storage.
