QSW - GITAM is the official campus laundry management app for students of GITAM (Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management), powered by QUICK SMART WASH PRIVATE LIMITED.

This app is part of a closed-campus laundry service, available only to students of GITAM. All user accounts are created and verified based on the records uploaded by the college administration.
🔐 Restricted Access – College Records Only

Only students whose information has been pre-registered by the college can sign up.

No public registration is allowed.

If your record does not exist in the system, you will not be able to log in or access services.

🔑 Key Features:

Secure login via mobile number and OTP/password

View your laundry plan, usage (cycles), and validity period

Submit laundry orders with item-level details (clothing type & quantity)

Track your laundry request status: Placed → Accepted → Ready → Delivered

Receive QR code when clothes are ready for pickup

Scan QR at the pickup point to collect your bag

Rate each wash and provide feedback

View your complete order history and profile details

🗑️ Account Deletion Notice

Student accounts are managed by the college and cannot be deleted directly from the app.
If you are no longer associated with the institution or wish to deactivate your account:

You may mark your account as inactive from the app

For permanent deactivation, please contact your college administration
