HOW IT WORKS:
1. Set your daily work hour goals in Settings (e.g., 8 hours Mon-Fri)
2. Tap "Start Tracking" when you begin working
3. Tap "Stop Tracking" when you take a break or finish
4. View your progress on the home screen or widget
5. Review your history to see time tracked by week

The widget shows your current session time and lets you start/stop tracking without opening the app. Double-tap the widget to open the full app quickly.

TimeTracker respects your privacy - all data stays on your device and is never uploaded anywhere.
