Please don't fall for this! I needed an advice from a vet and used one time access for one dollar. However, that didn't stop them to take 29$ from my account for monthly description, without warning or anything. I tried to reach their customer support and, of course, it is non refundable and they dare to continue to promote that one dollar one time access. Nice work Jeff.
