1. Cost tracking
Create milestones budgets broken down to labour, material, equipment and other budget items. Track actual costs vs budget real time and get alerted once you reach the set budget limit.
2. Material management
Track material right from site requests through to usage, including approvals. Track deliveries and inventories against purchases as well as actual quantities used per milestone against estimates.
3. Labour management
Get daily attendance logs and work allocation on a real time basis. Automatic wage calculation including overtime and deductions. Payments are done through M-Pesa.
4. Progress update
Create projects and add milestones and tasks. Get daily progress updates with the evidence of photos. Web-based integrated reports allow you to see progress vs resources utilization.
5. Equipment and tools management
Maintain an up-to-date register of all your tools and equipment per site. Transfer equipment between sites and track who is yet to return tools or equipment issued to them.
6. Communication management and site diary
