Manage your banking on the go with the M&S Banking App.
Here’s what you can do:
• Activate your M&S Credit Card using the app
• Our new secure Chat with us feature allows you to ask questions about your account directly in the app
• Digital Statements available for M&S Credit Card and Everyday Savings Account customers.
• View balances on most M&S Bank accounts you hold
• See transactions on any M&S Credit Card and Everyday Savings Account
• Make payments to your M&S Credit Card using a debit card
Help when you need it. Our new Chat with us feature means you can now ask questions about your account within the app. If your question can’t be answered there and then, one of our agents will message you back – it’s as simple as that.
Once you’re registered for our Internet Banking service, accessing your account on your mobile is easy
Just download the app, set up your new Digital M&S PASS using your Internet Banking username and password and you’re all set. What’s more, if your phone allows it, you can sign in quickly and securely using your fingerprint or face. Your new Digital M&S PASS will then allow you to access our full range of services on Internet Banking quicker than ever before.
