The myPatientVisit™ mobile app is designed with the patient's ease of use in mind, providing a place to check your balance and upcoming appointments quickly, and chat with your provider's staff all from your phone.
Ask your provider for an invitation to create your account on myPatientVisit.com. Once your account is created, you will be able to log into the myPatientVisit™ app using the credentials you created on the web.
The new I'm Here feature allows patients to tap a button that informs the office staff that you've arrived at your appointment, and begin a chat between you and your provider's team. Push notifications let you know when you get a message from your doctor, and you can respond directly to them in the app securely and remotely.
