PaceTimer is a no-nonsense interval timer built for Tabata, HIIT, circuit
training, and any workout that follows a work/rest pattern.

BUILD YOUR WORKOUT IN SECONDS
Set exactly four parameters and you're ready to go:
• Work time — how long each effort interval lasts
• Rest time — recovery between rounds
• Rounds — how many work/rest cycles to complete
• Long break — a cooldown after the final round

TRAIN WITHOUT LOOKING AT YOUR PHONE
PaceTimer uses Text-To-Speech to call out every phase change out loud —
"Work! Round 3", "Rest!", "Long break!" — so you can keep your eyes on
your form, not your screen. A 3-2-1 countdown is spoken before each
transition so you're never caught off guard.

KEEPS RUNNING IN THE BACKGROUND
A foreground service keeps the timer alive even when your screen is locked
or you switch to another app. A persistent notification shows the current
phase, time remaining, and round number at a glance. Tap it at any time to
jump back to the full timer screen.

CLEAR VISUAL FEEDBACK
The timer screen changes color with every phase:
• Red during work intervals
• Green during rest
• Blue during long break
Each color is visible at a distance so a quick glance from across the room
tells you exactly where you are in the workout.

PAUSE, RESUME, STOP
Full control at any point — pause mid-round and resume exactly where you
left off, or stop the workout entirely. The screen stays on automatically
during active sessions.
