PDF Reader is a simple, offline document viewer and toolkit for the files already on your device — PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text files and images.

VIEW YOUR FILES
Open and read PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TXT and image files stored on your phone. Files are organized by type so you can find what you need quickly, with search and sorting built in.

PDF TOOLS
- Merge PDF — combine multiple PDF files into one
- Split PDF — break a PDF into separate pages or files
- Lock PDF — add a password to protect a PDF
- Unlock PDF — remove a password from a PDF you own or have permission to edit
- Scan to PDF — use your camera to turn paper documents into a PDF

ORGANIZE
- Rename, share or delete files directly from the app
- Recently deleted files are kept in a Recycle Bin so you can restore them by mistake-proofing your cleanup

WORKS OFFLINE
All viewing and file tools work without an internet connection. Nothing is uploaded anywhere — your documents stay on your device.

PERMISSIONS
This app needs file access to show you the documents already saved on your phone (in Downloads, Documents and similar folders) and to let you rename, merge, split or otherwise manage those files at your request. Camera access is used only when you choose to scan a document to PDF. No file is read, modified or deleted unless you open the app and choose to do so.
