- Fixed an issue in the Driver Registration and Profile screens where the Date of Birth (DOB) date picker was restricted to the year 1990 and newer.
- Removed hardcoded age limits on the date picker. Drivers can now select birth years from 1900 up to the current date.

### Improved
- Added stricter client-side validation logic for Date of Birth during both the registration step and when editing the profile. Validates that the DOB is not empty, not before 1900-01-01, and not a future date.
