Maintaining complete control over your kiln is crucial, however, what happens when you need to step away from it for a long period of time? Should something go wrong, precious time, energy, and resources are wasted. With the TAP Kiln Control Mobile App, you can continue to remotely monitor, update, and maintain control of your kiln as though you never left.

All that is required is a simple connection to the internet via a USB Wi-Fi Dongle and installation of TAP Kiln Control Mobile app on your mobile device. This will allow you to control and receive real-time data from your kiln no matter where you are.


About TAP Kiln Controllers:

The Temperature Automation by Proportional-Integral-Derivative (TAP) controller is the most advanced kiln control technology available on the market.

The controller is designed to remove the guesswork from the process of creating, modifying, executing, and monitoring firing schedules, and you can now do it from your mobile device as well.

It’s simple and streamlined graphical user interface allows for easy installation and immediate programming and operation.


TAP Kiln Control Mobile App allows you to remotely: 

• Monitor and check the live status of your kilns
• Create, modify, and update schedules and kiln settings
• View and abort firing logs
• Receive notifications of firing completion, errors, step advancement, and temperature
• Receive preventative maintenance alerts to keep you updated on the status and remaining life expectancy of critical kiln components


Requirements:

• A TAP Kiln Controller with the latest available software.
• Active internet connection for TAP Controller and mobile device.

NOTE: TAP Kiln Control Mobile is designed specifically for, and can only be used in conjunction with, the TAP Kiln Controller from SDS Industries.

Specific changes in this release include fixes for mobile schedule creation. We've resolved some device specific bugs for cases where a title can't be entered or newly created schedules appear twice in the list.
