Smart Agent is a powerful, flexible, and scalable tool for monitoring wireless network performance and services from the end-user point of view. The solution is designed for off-the-shelf android devices to collect real quality of experience data, allowing operators (or mobile virtual network operators or providers) to improve customer satisfaction and quality of end-user experience. Smart Agent offers two different features: (1) ACTIVE Agent, when human interaction is required and (2) PASSIVE Agent, without human interaction. When it is used on a large scale, it collects (in Active and Passive mode) anonymous information.
Smart Agent will use the Accessibility Services to intercept the keys pressed by your remote control and allow you to respond to surveys that could be sent and shown in overlay while using other APPs. The use of this service, in compliance with the rules relating to user data of Google Play, does not involve the collection of any user confidential data. Smart Agent will only collect the answers you provide during the survey.
