Survey Xpress is an easy to use survey form creator which can be used to collect data at scale. The survey can be shared on different platforms to collect data in both online and offline modes. The questions in the survey form can be customized as per the requirement of the study by adding different question styles such as single choice, multiple-choice, paragraph, matrix style, simple text with validations such as numeric text, alphanumeric text etc. The survey question form can also be customized for different profiles of respondents filling the survey. For example, Logical conditions can be applied once the respondent selects the gender and gender-specific question can be asked separately from the respondent.

Creating survey forms is quite easy and does not require any coding skills. Using the different questionnaire types, the survey form can be used to conduct any type of study/ mystery audit/ survey etc.
