TrustLoop turns screen recordings into bug reports your team can act on.
Tap record. Narrate what you're doing. TrustLoop captures the screen and your voice together, then uses AI to write the report — summary, steps to reproduce, and a transcript — so the part everyone hates is already done by the time you stop recording.
Built for QA, support, and product teams who keep filing the same kind of bug from screenshots and slack threads.
WHY TEAMS USE TRUSTLOOP
• Faster bug reports. A 30-second recording becomes a structured ticket in one tap, not a five-minute writeup.
• Voice as primary context. The mic captures your reasoning while you reproduce the issue. The AI uses your narration to draft the report — not just what was on screen.
• Drafts stay on device. Recordings live locally until you submit them. You can trim, edit, or delete before anything leaves the phone.
• Reuse as test cases. Convert a clip into a reusable test case your team can run against every release.
• Submitted reports flow into QualGent. Bugs and test cases appear in the QualGent web app for triage, assignment, and tracking.

PRIVACY
TrustLoop only records when you tap record. The mic indicator stays on while the recording runs and turns off the moment you stop. Recordings are stored on your device until you submit them; submitted clips upload to QualGent along with the device metadata shown on the bug detail screen.
ACCESS
TrustLoop is currently invite-only and intended for QualGent customers and internal QA teams. You'll need a QualGent workspace to sign in. Contact your QualGent admin or visit qualgent.ai for access.
PERMISSIONS
• Microphone — to capture your narration during recording
• Notifications — to show recording status and AI completion
• Foreground service (media projection + microphone) — required by Android while screen recording is active
• Photos — optional, for saving local copies of your recordings
