The app shows where and when someone else is available to spend one or two hours with you. With a click you contact that person and arrange to meet. There is no need of a prior virtual friendship: Time Tog isn’t a classical dating app; it isn’t the goal or the intention to make friends or to look for partners but to meet up for a nice coffee, a pizza or at the movies.
You choose a meeting point. If the availability of the person who placed it, suits you, you enter in chat with her. On the other hand, you can mark your availability and get yourself found. Do you long for a drink and chat in your favorite coffee-bar? Do you play badminton and need a match-partner? Or would you like to visit the theater in another’s company?

The chat-function is designed exclusively to introduce yourselves briefly and exchange further details about the hour and the agreed place which is always in a public place.
