1) Real-time visitor management - Get an instant alert of visitor presence at your gate with a picture.

2) Hassle-free guest movement - The guest can easily “check in” in society without spending much time at the security gate.

3) Retrieval of frequent visitor records - Frequent visitors (like the milkman, newspaper boy, grocery delivery boy, etc.) data can be pre-filled with mobile numbers, and their entries and exit can be smoothened without wasting too much time in recording in Physical Registers.

4) Entry/Exit report - Real-time entry and exit report of visitors and staff to managing committee members of society.

5) Domestic staff Alert - Members to get real-time information about domestic staff (cook, maid, servants drivers, etc) present on society premises.

6) Panic alert - Members are one click away to inform security about emergencies in their flat by using the Panic alert button provided in the App.

7) Visitor Vehicle tracking - Visitor vehicles can be recorded & identified separately.

8) Gate Pass - Gate pass print feature can be used to implement enhanced security to avoid trespassing or entry of any strangers into the Society. This print format has a barcode option that can be used to record the exit of visitors instantly.

9) Staff Attendance – Staff attendance can be recorded through a fingerprint scanner or can be integrated with a Bio-metrics device to enable automatic time recording and this data can be used for payroll processing. This also helps in tracking the accuracy of bills of the facility management agency where billing is based on the number of working days/time of staff.
