O aplikaciji

Punchjar is a work hours tracker for hourly workers. Clock in with one tap, watch your hours, overtime and pay add up as you work, and fix a forgotten punch without guessing. No ads, and no account needed.

CLOCK IN WITHOUT OPENING THE APP
• Clock in from the home-screen widget
• While you work, your shift stays in the notification shade, with Break and Clock out buttons
• Every tap is recorded at the moment you made it

HOURS AND PAY YOU CAN CHECK
• Weekly overtime, worked out as you go
• Tap any total to see the math behind it
• Night shifts land on the right day, and split shifts add up
• Breaks come off the live timer right away
• Rounding and pay periods the way your job does them: weekly, every two weeks, twice a month, monthly or every four weeks
• Set a daily target and see when you're done for the day
• Changed jobs? Start a new one and keep the old one archived

FORGOT TO CLOCK OUT?
• Punchjar spots a shift that's still running and helps you fix it
• Every change is kept in the shift's history, and deleted shifts wait in Recently deleted for 30 days

PLAN YOUR WEEK
• Add scheduled shifts, see your next one, and get a reminder before it starts
• Add your schedule from a photo. It's read on your phone, and you check every shift before it's added
• Shift templates, Fill this week and Copy last week

YOUR HOURS ARE YOURS
• Export every shift to a spreadsheet (CSV) and import it again, anytime, or save it to a folder you pick
• Sign in if you like, for a backup and a move to a new phone. If you sign in, you can delete your account and its data from inside the app
• Without an account, your hours stay on your phone. Schedule photos are read on the device and never uploaded

FREE AND PUNCHJAR PRO
Punchjar is free to download, and everything above is free for one job, including your first schedule from a photo. Punchjar Pro adds:
• A second job and more
• Live sync on every device at once
• PDF timesheets with sign-off lines, to share or print
• Daily and custom overtime, including double time
• Time off with yearly balances
• A take-home pay estimate, with taxes and deductions line by line
• Premiums, shift differentials, holiday pay, tips and mileage
• Every schedule from a photo after the first
• Color themes and app icons

Punchjar Pro is $2.99 a month, $19.99 a year with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers (we can remind you 2 days before you're billed), or $29.99 once. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Manage or cancel them anytime in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions.

Everything you track stays yours. If Pro ends, every job keeps working, your totals stay, and nothing is deleted.

Pay figures are estimates from the rules you enter. Punchjar isn't payroll or tax advice.

PRIVACY
