SELF is an innovative application for managing the personnel, the aim of which is to ease and reduce the time and human resource spent on administrative processes.
SELF is the first application that is fully optimized for the Georgian labor code and lets the company to Manage administrative processes in full compliance with the law.
The main functions of SELF’s system are:
• Electronic management of employee information, profiles and personal files
• Accounting of employees' work time and submission of work time required by law
• Management of organizational structure and staffing schedule
• Workflow management of vacations, bulletins and other applications
• Informing employees about the latest news in the company through Newsfeed and SMS, etc..
The principle of employee self-service and the built-in WorkFlow mechanism make the system flexible and automated. Employees can manage their own administrative applications independently from both a computer and a smartphone.
SELF's cloud system enables companies to become full-fledged HR administration users without initial investment, with minimal subscription fees. The monthly payment, subscription principle, makes the system even more accessible for medium and small businesses.
