SAM Tickets is a help desk software for reporting and managing maintenance issues happening in a property. This user-friendly tool helps any businesses make their facility management smooth.

You can download SAM TICKETS free of charge, but the usage will require an active SAM profile.

Please install the application only if you have already used SAM in your workplace and your employer obtained the necessary SAM Mobile App license.

- On the Ticket dashboard, you can review & follow up on the status of the tickets.
- Receive push notifications on ticket updates.
- Report an issue easily and assign tickets to the responsible team/person.
- Create a new ticket by specifying the location, the type of the issue, add a description and photo to help the maintenance team identifying the problem.
- Filter information based on location, or type of issue.
- Keep in touch with the maintenance team
