The NLB Pay digital wallet allows you to make contactless payments at POS terminals and withdraw cash at ATMs in the country and abroad by digitizing your NLB Visa and Mastercard payment cards into Google Pay™, as well as digitizing and using all your loyalty cards.
The payment method is simple, fast and safe. To make a payment, you only need to touch your device to a contactless POS terminal or ATM.


The digital wallet can be used on Android phones (version 7.0 and later), FitBit watches and Wear OS (version 3.0 and later) that support NFC (Near Field Communication) technology.
After the merchant enters and confirms the transaction amount, just bring your device close to the POS terminal and the payment is made. All payments made with your cards digitized in the NLB Pay digital wallet are displayed in the "Transactions" section.

Step 1: DOWNLOADING THE APPLICATION
Download the NLB Pay Crna Gora application from the Google Play Store.

Step 2: ACTIVATION
• Enter your JMBG (unique citizen identification number) and phone number registered in NLB Bank.
• Enter the one-time password you received via SMS and confirm the card with the card's PIN code.
• Define your personal four-digit password and your NLB Pay digital wallet is activated. You can also access the NLB Pay application using biometric authentication, if this option is supported by your phone.
• Enable the payment cards you want to digitize (enabling is done by checking the PIN code of the card).
• Select the NLB Visa or Mastercard payment card you use most often for payment as the primary card and follow the instructions for digitization via Google Pay™. You can also add other previously enabled NLB cards to Google Pay™ by selecting the "Add to GPay" button.

STEP 3: USE
• To make a payment or withdraw cash with the primary card, you only need to unlock the device and bring it close to the POS terminal or ATM. If you want to make a transaction with another card that is not set as primary, you need to activate the NLB Pay application, select the card you want to pay with and click on the "Pay" button.

• NLB Pay is available for Visa and Mastercard payment card clients of NLB Bank

STEP 4: DIGITALIZATION OF LOYALTY CARDS
• Select the Loyalty option in the NLB Pay application.
• Take a picture of the loyalty card and put it in the frame.
• Scan the barcode on the loyalty card (scanning the barcode starts by selecting the "-") sign or enter the barcode data manually.
• Enter optional details about the loyalty card holder, merchant who issued the card and enter a description of the card for easy identification.
• After successfully adding the loyalty card, to use it, you just need to log into the app, select the loyalty card and show it to the merchant to scan the barcode.

Očajna aplikacija ne može na Huawei a i na neke aplikacije se ne može prebaciti novac.

Nisam uspio da platim račun u BiH, a karticu zaboravio. Loše iskustvo.

Trebalo bi da postoji trenutno stanje na računu kartice i da se evidentira priliv novca, a ne samo odliv.
