There are no full screen pop-up adds. There is an add bar, which can be removed by purchasing full version.

Sync works two-way, thus you can edit text files from your Dropbox folder on PC or other devices. App reads and writes files in plain text format (default .txt).
App can be used offline. Changes are locally stored and synchronized later via background service or sync on demand.
On newer devices (API > 23) app offers an option to save text selection directly into a note.
Text editor offers undo / redo and is highly customizable.
Internet access permission is required for synchronization purposes with your Dropbox account. Should the app crash, the app will also ask for the permission to send a
crash log via Crashlytics tool (Crashlytics is owned and operated by Google inc.).
Other permissions are required for background sync, which can be turned off.
The developer is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Dropbox Inc.

Excelent. Keeps your notes organized in txt files that synchronize between all your devices. I am using it for years now. It had some issues from the start, but now it does all it is supposed to do.
