I would like to ask for help to solve the problem of viewing Video saldo from MAXPRO Cloud on mobile devices. At almost the same time, with the same credentials, I can see all the videos in in defined view from the PC web access without any problems, but unfortunately, in the mobile app, both on the Android and iOS platforms, the image will never be shown, or sometimes there will be a random display some of the camera images in a window they don't belong in, or one camera in multiple windows at the same time. I e-mailed the detailed information, including the screenshots. Please advise on how to solve this problem.
