Poor business practice. Information that this is a paid app on a recurring autorenewed subscription is gated behind a form - The Terms and Conditions are not mentioned or linked anywhere in the Instagram advertisement. Only after filling out the form and installing the app it is revealed. It is only mentioned in Terms of Service in section 4. License and assignment. I'll leave that for people to decide if this is considered clear or not.
