I purchased the application with an annual subscription and subsequently canceled it as my usage requirements were limited to a few months, and I wished to avoid automatic renewal. My understanding was that I would retain access until December 2026. However, the application has entirely deactivated my account, rendering it unusable without an additional purchase.

not really AI. you can pick from predesigned rooms but you cannot design anything you want. for example, you cannot pick an art deco style. you can only select from styles they have preloaded. you can only design rooms that are preloaded. I wanted to design a conference room and library. nope. pretty much a waste if you are trying to be creative. no refund, either. paid for a year. best I can do is stop auto renewal.

Useless App! After choosing the type and shades, it always says the photo selected is invalid. I've tried changing the photos multiple times with a wider angle covering the roof, window and floor but still it says the same. Moreover, we can only select 1 pic that too, we can't change the pre selected size of the pic, it's just what is in that allotted square. Uninstalling it after 1 day use only.
