I subscribed on 20/08/2025 to the one time 90 percent off offer and it did withdraw the money of one year subscription but when I opened the app later that day,the app didn't recognise my subscription and still considers me as If I have not subscribed. I did also with the bank to make sure the withdrawal went through and it did. kindly resolve the issue as quickly as possible as I should have full access to the application based on my active subscription.

Dear Raena ai, I am writing to request a refund for a recent purchase that was made unintentionally. This transaction was not meant to go through, and I noticed it immediately after it was processed. Unfortunately, this amount was not just regular spending money; it was intended to pay for my tuition fees. I am currently a student, and my budget is very limited. Losing this amount has placed me in a difficult situation because my tuition payment deadline is coming soon.

it is not opening and I am stuck in a loop I don't want to pay and buy plan there should be free plan too.
