About this app

You can experiment directly with the three-element amplitude, frequency, and waveform of the sound you learn in physics using your smartphone's microphone.

The biggest feature is that you can pause and observe the sound waveform
If you capture a sound waveform, you can easily compare it with the second sound.

For example
When a small sound is generated and the sound is captured, the shape of the waveform is displayed as it is. At this time, when a loud sound is generated, a loud waveform appears on the screen where a small sound waveform is displayed.
The frequency or waveform can be compared in the same way.

You can pause the waveform to see how it looks.

You can adjust the time interval below the graph, and calculate the frequency of the resulting sound waves using time intervals.

1. Run the program and make a sound, then press the pause button to see if your favorite waveform appears. If you do not have a favorite waveform, press the play button again to generate a sound you like.

2. If you like the paused waveform, press the capture button to capture the waveform. Then the color of the capture button and the waveform will turn red, making it easier to compare with the existing waveform.

3. Generate a second sound and compare it with the first captured screen. (You can also hide the captured screen by pressing the show / hide button if necessary.)

4. You can continue to capture and compare screens. If you want to remove the captured screen, press the delete button to reset everything.
