Ratings and reviews

Many bugs, complicated UI and a very slow app. On every interaction I see "Connecting to server", even on basic ones. Just a reminder to the developers: this is not a crime to cache data. When I transferred money between my accounts, they lost it, and the application couldn't load any accounts info for more than 40 minutes. At that time I couldn't withdraw money from my card. Each time they deploy new backend or roll out a new version, you are either being kicked off from the app, or the banking service itself becomes unreachable UPD: During mobile banking outages, they are unreachable via the phone number they provide. And it takes hours before they answer you either via email or via Facebook

One of the most outdated designs and very few functions compared to the similar apps of the other local banks. Edit.: Thanks for the update, now it's a lot better.
