The app works but it's pretty flakey. Configuration just to get it working is painful. Renewal is also painful -- the emailed link fails and you have to renew from within the app which is difficult because the buttons are unreadable -- white text on a bright yellow background. Given the quality of the app, the price should be way less, or even free.

App has been updated for the first time in YEARS so it can run on modern devices...that's about the only good thing. Won't let me select Fahrenheit as my unit of measure in the app and whatever math they use to convert between F and C is wrong. If I set my tub to 103 degrees F on the panel, the app reports 51.5 degrees Celsius, which is 124 EDIT: Looks like they updated the app on May 10th to fix the issue with selecting Farenheit as a unit of measure as well as the F to C conversion

Here's the truth, plain and simple, Jacuzzi really needs to update the Prolink app ASAP if they plan on a large base community, word of mouth or posted reviews to help guide the public in their decision making. Secondly, people upgrade their routers all the time, that usually means a change in their Gateway IP Address, this app needs it's own personal link to allow for clients who pay an annual subscription to be able to reconnect to their hot tubs without having to stress over the Prolink navigation buttons which are (very few). This app could use a whole knew FACELIFT, updates are essential in making sure the products can meet the demands of public needs, if Jacuzzi can deliver in a timely manner before my subscription runs out, I would otherwise be a happy camper, as well as a LONG TERM customer to their Prolink. I do have a year subscription for FREE due to the purchase of my Prolink, however, if Jacuzzi fails to follow through in a major update of this app, then, it's not worth me paying the $60.00 a year subscription, I would rather cancel at the years end, while searching for other alternatives.
