Ratings and reviews

At the end of the day you are relying on an individual to fulfill their commitment. I booked a cleaning days in advance and left instructions to get in. The lady never showed up and never messaged me to say she wasn't coming. It looks like I'll get the money back but that doesn't really solve the original problem. Maybe the app could have a rating system for individuals. I trusted them to provide someone reliable and I regret it. Deleting the app.

Horrible app. On March 22nd, I booked a plumbing service, no one got assigned to the order. However, my payment was taken. So. I cancelled the order. On March 28, I reached out to them to refund my money back since no service was delivered. They have been only asking for time and giving false deadlines. Clearly, they have no intention of returning the money.

First time user of App and cleaning service. I was able to book a cleaner with fairly short notice. I was pleased with the cleaner that came and the work that she did. She was pleasant, efficient and did all of the items on my list. The App is easy to use and pay through when the work was complete. I would definitely use again.
