If I could give it zero I would. The app rarely pairs with Bluetooth. When it does it never pairs the next time. I have to constantly delete and re add the smoker. Awful. the 710 Smoker is great however. Do not hesitate to buy their smokers. Just do your monitoring by the internal temperature of the meat and set the controls manually in the smoker. Forget the app until it improves.

It's great when it works. Recently, I went to use the app, and it connects just fine but won't update temperature after the initial connection. If I delete the app re install and connect, it will grab the info and then stop updating. Please fix this asap. edit the above has been fixed and the app is working great again. the only other feedback now is that on a long cook the graph disappears and ends up blank.

So far the app has been good to connect to and monitor my xt unit. My biggest issue is my thermoworks reports a higher temp than this app. It seems the app is accurate when climbing to the target temp not it doesn't report changes. It lacks the ability to rename sessions or take notes on a session. update: I'd still love the ability for this app to allow naming of each session along with a place for notes so you can refer back to previous cooks.
