RoadSync is an outstanding tool, it's intuitive and we love it!!

on the user side it works great. on the book keeping side not so much. My accountant has to download single transactions and manually input them into Quick Books . you can't batch download them, then you went through the trouble to set it up so you can import from quick books, but won't figure out how to export to quick books. so in short I have to pay a person to single download and manually input the transaction one at a time and then build and input manually into Quick Books... Sub Optimal

I absolutely hate dealing with roadsync. I pay $10,000 in lumper charges every month and they are by far the hardest to deal with. From links, to receipts and the whole experience. Warehouse please stop using this service! 5-1-2024 STILL THE WORST SERVICE TO DEAL WITH. CAN'T LOG IN, CAN'T VIEW PREVIOUS CHARGES, IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE. I hate this app and hate being forced to deal with this nonsense.
