Would love to use this service, but it seems very buggy. When I first tried a few months ago, dated and times would not load (either in app or on website)... now that is working, but every credit card I try to use (Visa or MasterCard) says "Card number invalid"... Google Pay also said "processing" then just stopped/aborted with no error message or anything. Something seems to be broken on their end.

I'm glad to find this app from Facebook groups. very suitable and value for money for long distance car service. very satisfied with the vehicle condition, driver attitude, the app and the company overall. highly recommended. I'll definitely use this again in my next long distance trips in Taiwan.

I can't recommend Tripool enough. I used this service twice during my Taiwan holiday finding it a reasonably priced option to get to destinations on my itinerary quicker than through the public transport system. I really got to experience the excellent customer service when I needed to amend my second booking to avoid being trapped at my location by typhoon kong-rey. In both cases, drivers were punctual, professional and very safe.
