Ratings and reviews

The app is completely broken and crashes instantly upon launch. I have fully uninstalled, cleared cache, and reinstalled it multiple times, but it refuses to open. The exact same loading failure is happening when trying to access the site on my PC, proving this is a major server-side database issue or account-level lock on my profile. Worse than the technical failure is their pathetic customer support. I called their helpline and the agent completely refused to help or escalate the issue.

I am not getting help for the technical support related default language on mock. I have already sent the details of the issue in the mail, whatsapp and in the call also. they received my call only once, i didn't like the app and the support team. 0/100

Guidely is a very useful and user-friendly learning app. The content is well-structured, easy to understand, and especially helpful for competitive exam preparation. The mock tests, study materials, and practice questions are of good quality and help improve knowledge and confidence. Overall, it is a great platform for students who want to prepare effectively and achieve their goals. Highly recommended!
