Podrían hacer más sencillo el proceso de recuperación de clave/usuario. Consulta por preguntas de seguridad que el usuario muy difícilmente recuerde. En resumen, no puedo utilizar la app ni las facilidades que ofrece la misma. Actualización al 15/10/2024: la peor aplicación de bancos que utilicé en mi vida.
