The app hardly works. The amount of things that should be fixed is just really immense. EDIT: I contacted customer support, as did many other colleagues of mine, to report a bug that makes notifications not be pushed, but as a response I was told that the problem doesn't even exist and that nobody else was experiencing the issue. Really really bad on both the technical side and the customer support side. One star.

Warning: Please don't join GoStudent, even though the tutors are amazing. I have several reasons for my strong opinion. First, they claim you have signed a contract when you try to cancel your membership, even if you have not. This is deceitful. Additionally, they state that you can cancel anytime, but they won't allow it. Even after you cancel your membership, they continue to take your money. Avoid using a direct debit system with this money-minded platform.

Such a scam...... like before you start doing lessons they tells you to fill an agreement about subscription in that agreement it clearly says that we can cancel it any time but when you asks for cancellation they don't accept it and keep taking money from your account.... i asked them many times like I've only done 4 lessons and i already had to pay for another 2 months that i didn't even do class ..... now they are saying that even if i didn't do lessons i have to pay for 12 months!!!!
