Ratings and reviews

The app is unreliable. It often fails to connect with the payment terminal, forcing you to repeatedly adjust your phone, until the payment goes through. The loading screen frequently freezes, requiring a force-close and restart. It also prompts me to re-pair with the "Mein Elba" App for no reason every couple of months and money transfers often fail. I just don't understand, why reinvent the wheel instead of using a widely-adopted solution like Google Pay.

Oops, there seems to be something wrong... Exactly when I need it the most. Those apps have to work flawlessly. I would have given 0 stars if it was possible.

Been having issues with pairing quite often this week. It keeps telling me to pair even though I already did. Sometimes paying doesn't work, even though the app says I paid while the terminal at the shop says there was an error, forcing me to take out my physical card anyway. I like the style and simplicity of it, also the payment history is nice.
