Cannot activate push notifications on Pixel 8 running Android 14. App just hangs. Notified support about this issue. Let's see how long they take to investigate and get back to me! Update 2: Technical team just advised that the reason I do not get notifications is due to it have been enabled previously. That don't seem to get it that a customer can delete an app from the phone and reinstall. At that point notifications cannot be reactivated. Time to change credit cards....

This App is an absolute joke and I won't ever get another Coles credit card in my life!! I'm pretty sure they have made it this bad so they can hit us with late payment fees!! Every single time I try and pay it says the payment was successful but never ever actually goes through!! I end up getting calls from offshore workers telling me about to get bad credit, it's an absolute joke!! They told me to try though BPAY and even that just throws an error everytime!! Rubbish, absolute rubbish!

Lucky to be able to perform basic financial functions. Very glitchy app. Can't even get to the support page without being told something is wrong. This certainly needs a lot of work to meet the other banks standards (and that's saying something!)
