When I first down loaded almost a year ago I had some issues. Not being a tech genius I later found that I needed an updated phone. I still had some minor issues. However 2 weeks ago I took my camper to a RAM dealership and they updated the computer programming. I only had one issue since and it might have been lost signal in a dead zone. Otherwise it's great. I love to control the climate and lights from the app while I'm using my camper.

I'm disappointed with the asthetic changes that were made in the background and icon colors (black, gray, and mustard yellow) of the most recent app update. Please advise if there is a way to change the color features in the app... I cringe everytime I need to look at it. Thanks.

It never stays paired or connected to my phone and the screen on the tablet is always ON, even at night, in spite of the fact that it is set to go to sleep after one minute Nobody is willing to solve those problems. They say they are sorry to hear about the issues, but not willing to solve any problems.
