Ratings and reviews

Awful to use. No fingerprint/face authentication, slow, requires a username/password and security code just to open the app. On top of that, the app and website is not able to be accessed from overseas. So while iiNet provides international roaming, you can't monitor it! It's insane how bad this app is.

No fingerprint autho option. Every single time I try to sign in, I end up having to call and reset my password, which will work that day, but if I sign in another day, it won't work. Horrible app.

Iinet login is a farce! Doesn't work ever, can't get into my toolbox act, can't login with my username nor my password...doesn't recognise anything!! Fix the DAMN THING!!
