Using Axxess’ MTN Home LTE and I’m extremely impressed with the service! The connection is super fast and stable, making streaming and browsing smooth and hassle free. What really stood out for me was their speedy delivery I received my SIM much faster than expected! Their customer service is top-notch too, always ready to help with any questions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable internet without the wait!

Frustrating user experience with the live chat interface. The keyboard is overlaid over the text box. The app doesnt adapt to the keyboard pop-up. The textbook is therfore hidden under the keyboard and the user can't see what they are typing or perform proper editing. Probably very inefficient from a business perspective because it means users take longer to type and finish their support issues. Which means longer queues, and frustrated and dissatisfied users. Ticketing text boxes freeze up.

This app is basically useless if you are on a LTE package. You can only see a combined total of your anytime and night time data, they are not separated. Cant see your daily usage, that times out. But at least you can use the Topup... that works. Dont waste your time with this app if you are on a Fixed LTE package. And don't think you can just exit the app. Even that function doesn't work, you need to kill the app to get out. Just use the website instead.
