People with long-term or intensive care needs often receive help from multiple care providers at the same time. Just think of professional healthcare providers, welfare workers, but also family, acquaintances or other informal caregivers.

Thanks to Alivia, all these healthcare providers can easily draw up a care plan via the app with which they determine objectives, divide tasks and exchange information. The person in need of care is always central. What does the person in need of care consider important in their daily situation, what exactly is needed for this and who takes on which tasks?

Thanks to Alivia, it is clear to everyone what is expected. The person who needs care is on board and therefore always has the most important say in every decision.

In this way, Alivia provides a real and close-knit care team.

The use of Alivia is currently reserved for a limited group of test and pilot users. The application is not yet available to the general public.
