The only app I have to log in every couple of weeks to use it. Many people, including me, don't remember their passwords for such apps and use the member card only before payment. So, at such moments it's just impossible to get due benefits and push me to the other stores.

I am trying to register for the 5th time - it still does not provide me with an activation code automatically (as the cashiers in your stores tell me) and redirects me to a paid call center. Judging by the rest of the reviews, the in-app experience is not stellar either. Lidl Plus does not have any issues, so take notes from the competition how to digitalize your business. The basic discounts at the cash points are good enough - I hope they don't get cancelled before you fix the app experience.
