It makes me happy to have found a great ELD with no monthly fee. Been through 2 roadsides and the new entrant audit with flying colors. Switched from keeptrucking to save money.

Had to move from another AOBRD to an ELD before the deadline. This works great and good price. Pretty simple to learn.

So many problems. If you are team drivers THIS IS NOT GOOD! I am thankful we are on AOBRD right now. The truck can be parked and we are sleeping, it will change to driving while sleeping. Took a week off, set status to off duty. After 2 days it changed to on duty for 5 days. Thankfully we could edit with AOBRD. A couple of times when we went to change drivers it had each of us in different towns. Had to restart the tablet to get it to catch up. The IFTA is all wrong. Don't bother using the fueling log...wrong! It enters bogus odometer readings on the manifest. You have to fill out 2 different manifest pages. The manifest pages carry over all information to the next day including the same mileage driven.. Truck can be stopped, engine off and it won't let you change duty status saying truck is in motion.They say we only need logs for 6 months (tell that to IFTA & IRS). I need some from 8 months ago. They don't have them. Because I said I am screwed they say I am abusive. Customer support is very lacking. The asked me to change my review, I refused. They are not happy.

Teresa is mad because water got on her printed logs from a year ago. We only keep logs for 6 months without extended data storage option (http://bit.ly/2WGXjpN),
please take her comments with a grain of salt, she isn't taking personal responsibility for losing the logs but blames us instead. We will still help her even though she is trashing us.
